What it is
The report is an outside read on your candidate experience, from the first time someone finds one of your roles through to the point they apply and wait to hear back. We look at it the way a candidate does, not the way your systems are configured to work, because those two things are often quite different.
How we produce it
We build the report from public information about your careers presence and a mystery-shop of your live application process. We go through your application the way a real candidate would and record what actually happens at each step. Nothing in the process requires access to your systems or your team's time.
Why it matters
A weak candidate experience is rarely just a careers-page problem. It is usually a symptom of an operating model that has been designed but not fully built or governed, which is the exact gap our coaching program is made to close. The report gives you an honest, specific starting point, whether or not you ever work with us.
