FAQ

TA transformation coaching is a program that helps an in-house talent acquisition team carry a transformation through to implementation rather than stalling after the design stage. MACS Advisory delivers it through a workshop, an independent review and twelve months of fortnightly coaching that govern the build and protect the team's time to do it.
-
Most TA transformation projects fail at implementation, not at design. The discovery and future-state design work is usually done well, but once it is finished the execution goes ungoverned and the team has no time set aside from business-as-usual to build it, so the design stalls or gets shelved. Governance and protected execution time are what close that gap.
-
MACS Advisory coaches in-house talent acquisition functions through transformation. It teaches the team to run the design work themselves and then governs them through implementation, so the capability stays with the client rather than the consultant.
-
MACS Advisory works with in-house talent acquisition functions and the CHROs and CPOs who own them. It does not work with recruitment agencies or RPO providers and takes no agency or vendor commissions, which keeps its assessments independent.
-
A Candidate Perception Report is a free, independent assessment of what candidates experience when they apply to an organisation. MACS Advisory builds it from public information and a mystery-shop of the live application process, and offers it with no cost and no obligation.
-
They are two separate things. The Candidate Perception Report looks at candidate experience from the outside. The Experience Review is a paid, independent current-state assessment built from stakeholder interviews across four groups and scored against a fixed rubric. The report is a first signal; the review is the full baseline.
-
MACS Advisory teaches your team to run the design work and then coaches and governs them through implementation. It is a teach-them-to-fish model rather than an embedded delivery model, so the capability stays inside your function when the program ends.
-
Independence is a position, not a skill. Even a capable team cannot honestly assess itself, in the same way a surgeon does not operate on their own family. Keeping the review independent is what makes it credible, and it does not undercut the training.
-
Yes. MACS Advisory does not work for recruitment agencies or RPO providers and takes no agency or vendor commissions, so it has nothing to sell a client at the other end of an assessment.
-
The coaching runs for twelve months of fortnightly sessions, after which the team rotates out with the model built. An annual review then measures whether the transformation held over time.
